We believe in working closely with schools, understanding their long-term goals, and becoming an extension of their recruitment function – not a necessary evil.
For our teachers and teaching assistants, we take the same approach. We invest time in understanding their ambitions, supporting career growth, and providing advice and honest feedback along the way.
Founder & Director
I’ve worked in education recruitment in London and the South East for over a decade, and I get it. Having been a school governor, with a wife in senior leadership and two young children in education, I see first-hand the challenges schools face every day. I’ve built my career on long-term relationships – working with teachers, teaching assistants and school leaders who share the same goal of making a difference.
I started Prebook to offer a more genuine, relationship-led approach to recruitment – one that focuses on understanding, consistency and adding real value.
